Person-Centred Therapy, founded by Carl Rogers, is an approach that emphasizes the importance of the therapeutic relationship and the potential of the client to achieve positive changes in their lives and a greater level of personal growth. In Person-Centred Therapy, we aim to facilitate self-discovery through exploring the full experience of feelings, behaviour and beliefs of an individual.
Cognitive Behavioural Therapy is a short-term, present-centred and problem-solving oriented approach. The aim of this approach is to recognise, acknowledge and challenge maladaptive thoughts and the relationship between thoughts, emotions and behaviour through psychoeducation and practical exercises, done in the session and at home.
Solution-Focused Brief Therapy is an approach focused on the future, goal setting, explores possibilities and next steps towards solutions. This approach is used to assist the client to come up with solutions that can enhance their lives themselves, the therapists are there to guide the clients towards awareness of their own capability to find answers.

The aim of this approach is to make the unconscious conscious by exploring, de-constructing and evaluating the impact of childhood experiences on behaviours in adulthood.
